Our fitness class schedule is as follows...
We have purposely kept our class numbers at 6-8 to provide a safer and more tailored experience. With these small numbers we can keep a close eye on all of you and give you a more personalised experience.
HOW TO BOOK A CLASS
Monday, Fortnightly, 5:30pm, 1 hour
Friday, Second Friday in each month, 5:30pm, 1 hour
A dynamic fun Circuit based class designed as a full body workout with effective correct technique and a great mix of exercises.
A Range of movements and exercises targeting the core, abdominal's and overall stability.
This is a Strength and stability class using the TRX to focus on body weight exercises giving a full body workout.
A full body stretching class aimed at improving overall flexibility and range of motion.
Exciting and energetic boxing Class aimed at building basic boxing skills while working on fitness, coordination and strength. Bookings online, by phone or at Duke's.
The class is called Freestyle and consists of the participants and the trainer having a chat at the start of the class to decide a plan of attack for the next 30 mins. This way the class will always be something new and always what you feel like on the day.
Balancing & Coordination
A range of exercises to improve one of the most important aspects for over 50's, balance, stability and coordination.
