Alex Fairbank

Exercise Physiologist

I’m passionate about promoting wellness through teaching and educating people about functional movement. Through clinical exercise my aim is to help alleviate pain, enhance performance and reach goals. My areas of expertise are within women’s health including pregnancy and post-natal wellness, as well as sports injuries and performance.

In the last 10 years of my professional life I have worked within private practice with a wide range of pregnancy and post-natal conditions including pelvic instability, pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor issues and abdominal separation. As well as exposure to a variety of sports, sport-related injuries and levels of performance.

About Me

Outside of work I love watching and playing all sports. I also love to travel, eat tasty and nutritious food, spend time with friends and family and experience music and culture. I have two young children and have been through all things pregnancy, childbirth and return to exercise.
